Quick Start - Ordering

ALL PRICES ARE STATED IN SGD.

How to order online:

1) Browse products under 'Shopping'.
2) Click on the specific product you are interested in to see in greater detail
3) Enter the quantity of the product, and click the shopping cart icon beside it.
4) Continue shopping by repeating steps 1,2 & 3
5) When you are done and ready to pay, click on 'Shopping Cart' on the right sidebar
6) Double check your order, and follow instructions provided there.

CHECKOUT ONLY IF YOU RE DEFINITELY GETTING THE ITEMS.
This is ensure a smooth shopping process for everyone.

Purchase Process:

These are the status changes your order would go through.
An email will be sent with each status change.

1) Pending - Please check your email for the order summary.
For payment via Ibanking/ATM please follow the instructions stated in this email.

2) Processing - Payment has been acknowledged, your order is being prepared for shipment.

3) Shipped - Your order has been shipped

Trooops.com operates from mondays to fridays only, excluding public holidays.
We do not reply emails or ship orders during weekends or public holidays.
