Company Policy

Please note that your use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms below.
Trooops.com reserves the right to terminate/change any terms and conditions without prior notice at any time for any reason.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.


Refund and Exchange policy

We do refund or exchange ONLY for items with defect/wrong item sent.
Email ask@trooops.com with the following details:
1) Attach a photo of the defect/wrong item sent
2) Give a description of the defect/wrong item sent
3) Provide us with your ORDER NUMBER, full name, contact number.

We DO NOT refund or exchange for
- change of mind
- damaged goods caused by Singpost

Request for refund/exchange of defected item is to be sent to ask@trooops.com WITHIN 7 days of shipping.
Once we have sent you the address, item is to be received by us within 7 days.
Colour

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the product shown on Trooops.com. However, be warned that the colour you see may vary from the actual item due to the variation in the monitor’s colour resolution or the lighting where the photo is taken.


Shipping

Trooops will not be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise caused by Singpost.
Damaged merchandise caused by Singpost can include scratches, broken or loosened parts of apparel/accessories etc.

Trooops.com highly recommend customers to choose registered mail or COP for further assurance.
This is only applicable to domestic shipping (Singapore), registered mail is compulsory for international shipping.

Please do not tell us lost normal mails are not possible, because it does happen.
If not, Singpost would not bother to offer an extra option of REGISTERED MAIL or Certificate of Posting (COP).

Registered mail is trackable via a tracking number. When order is lost, you can hold Singpost responsible.
Certificate of Posting is a certified acknowledgement of shipping by Singpost. When order is lost, you can hold Singpost responsible.
Normal mail CANNOT BE TRACKED. When order is lost, BOTH Singpost and Trooops cannot be held responsible.


Usage Restrictions

All of the content on Trooops.com including for example, the headers, photographs, graphics and text belongs to Trooops.com and is not to be reproduced, modified or redistributed without our consent.
The content is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of our site. Trooops.com reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any content from this website.


Typographical Error

In the event when a product listed on Trooops.com is incorrectly priced due to typographical error or a system error, Trooops.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that has been placed at the incorrect price.
If payment has been made, Trooops.com will refund the incorrect price.

Privacy Statement

Trooops.com collects customer information to enhance your online experience with us and also for marketing and promotional purposes. These information may be disclosed to third parties to whom Trooops.com contracts out specialised functions such as IT system support and mail house functions.
If these information is disclosed to third parties, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that they will not disclose it others.
